Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Description Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our CRM and web applications. This role offers significant autonomy and decision-making authority, ideal for someone with deep technical expertise and a passion for mentoring others. Key Responsibilities Customize and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs. Integrate client APIs using Azure services and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Design and implement plugins, workflows, and custom entities to extend CRM functionality. Write efficient SQL queries for reporting and data management (SQL Server). Collaborate with the CIO and technical teams on architecture planning and process improvements. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize performance and cost efficiency. Develop RESTful APIs and manage data exports between Dynamics 365 and third‑party platforms.
