Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly Location: Akron, OH Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for clients and provide excellent customer service. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Manage and document client interactions in our CRM system. Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external communication materials. Collaborate with team members to enhance communication strategies and improve client engagement. Monitor client feedback and report insights to management for continuous improvement. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
