Assist in the drafting and editing of internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, and announcements. Collaborate with team members to develop communication strategies that align with organizational goals. Conduct research to gather relevant information for communication projects and initiatives. Maintain an organized database of communication materials and correspondence for easy access. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
