As an Entry Level Communications Agent, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide informed responses. Job: On site Location: Tampa, FL Pay Range: $950 - $1300 per week Key Responsibilities Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and provide information. Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external communications materials. Collaborate with team members to coordinate communication campaigns and initiatives. Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in communication. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and concerns. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
