F45 West Park Roseville is looking for an energetic, motivating, charismatic, personable and confident trainer to join our team! F45 is all about making our members feel part of our TEAM and it is our job as the trainer to make sure our members feel supported, encouraged and motivated at EVERY session. This position is for trainers who are passionate about health and well-being, fitness as well as building a community that keeps our members coming back every single day!

F45 Trainer Key Responsibilities:

• Leading F45 High-Intensity Interval Group Training Classes

• Delivering instruction in the F45 Terminology

• Ensuring members are using correct form at all times

• Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises

• Inspiring and promoting an energetic environment

• Attending to any injuries suffered by staff or clients

• Assists with pre-opening activities by attending promotional events with team members to introduce the service or extend the brand

• Enrolls new members on site or in the community

• Able to multitask and think on their feet

• Completing client fitness appraisals

• Welcome members by name

• Meet with the training team to discuss daily, weekly, monthly goals.

• Perform opening, closing, and in-between class duties

• Ensure the studio is impeccable at all times

• Maintain a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio

• Assist the Sales Manager and Head Trainer in welcoming new clients and retaining current members

Applicants must have:

• Current Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) or Personal Trainer (CPT) certification through a nationally recognized organization REQUIRED (AFAA, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
• If certification is not held, applicant needs to be willing and able to invest in obtaining the certification prior to beginning employment with us. Certification/s are non-negotiable for a coaching position.
• Current CPR/AED
• A great personality
• A willingness to regularly, sustainably, work flexible hours

Education

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Kinesiology, exercise science or related field (preferred but not required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Weekends

Additional Compensation:

• Commission/Bonuses based on Member and Challenge Sales

• One location

Classes Start and End Time:

5AM - 8PM
