*About BLUSH Boot Camp*

BLUSH Boot Camp is a womens fitness community dedicated to empowering women through strength, confidence, and community. Our mission is to create an inclusive, high-energy environment where women of all fitness levels can transform both physically and mentally. Each 50-minute class blends functional strength training, conditioning, and heart ratebased performance tracking to maximize results and motivation.

*Position Overview*

Were seeking an energetic, passionate, and motivating *Fitness Trainer* to join our BLUSH Boot Camp team. As a BLUSH trainer, youll lead high-intensity group training sessions designed for women, provide individualized coaching, and foster a supportive and empowering studio culture. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, loves helping others achieve their goals, and embodies the BLUSH mission and values.

*Responsibilities*

* Lead dynamic, 50-minute group fitness classes that combine strength, cardio, and core training.
* Provide personalized modifications and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels and needs.
* Deliver motivating cues, proper form corrections, and real-time energy throughout class.
* Assist members in understanding heart rate zone training and ensure optimal effort and safety.
* Engage with members before and after class to build relationships and enhance retention.
* Support studio events, challenges, and promotions (e.g., seasonal challenges, onboarding programs).
* Contribute to a positive, empowering environment aligned with BLUSHs mission of women supporting women.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training floor and equipment.
* Attend ongoing training and development sessions to stay aligned with BLUSH methods and culture.

*Qualifications*

* Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent) or Group Fitness Certification required.
* CPR/AED certification required.
* Previous experience in group fitness or personal training preferred.
* Strong communication and motivational skills with the ability to lead large groups confidently.
* Passion for womens health, fitness, and empowerment.
* Reliable, punctual, and professional team player.
* Energetic personality with the ability to motivate and inspire every class participant.
