Burn Boot Camp – Fort Myers, FL

Burn Boot Camp is one of the fastest growing group fitness organizations in the country. We are currently seeking Certified Personal Trainers for our Cape Coral gym. Our trainers must be in top physical condition and practice what they preach!

Candidates must have a strong desire to motivate and inspire clients in a positive, uplifting manner. We take pride in our standard of training and we truly offer personal training in a group fitness setting. Our fitness trainers properly demonstrate and correct form, push all fitness levels relative to each person's workout history and capabilities, and motivate clients to work harder than they ever have before. Candidates should be passionate to dive into a culture that empowers and inspires physical and mental transformations. In addition to group fitness training, candidates should also be comfortable conducting quick, 15-minute, 1-on-1 nutrition and goal setting meetings with clients. Candidates must have an unwavering commitment to exemplify the company’s mission statement, philosophies, and core values.

As a Burn Boot Camp fitness instructor, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic, challenging workouts to members of all fitness levels. Our staff pride themselves as truly being personal trainers in a group setting by providing modifications for all fitness levels while still leading high energy boot camps in our gyms. We place a significant emphasis on individual attention and it is imperative we get to know all of our client's names, capabilities, injury histories, etc... Our fitness instructors also conduct 1-on-1 Focus Meetings with clients that go over lifestyle-based nutrition guidance, measuring and recording body diagnostics, and ultimately developing a plan of action for clients to achieve their goals. This all-encompassing approach gives our clients the support necessary to transform their bodies, minds, and souls.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver pre-designed and custom workouts to groups
• Lead and motivate clients throughout intense training sessions
• Build and maintain highly engaged member base
• Practices what you preach. Live a lifestyle similar to the way you want clients to live theirs.
• Ensure safety of participants in regards to exercise technique
• Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
• Attend weekly and monthly fitness meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Convert promotional clients and free trials to members
• Be a fitness leader in the community

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Experienced Certified Personal Trainer. Must hold current fitness certification from an approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, NFPT (NCCA Certified) or a degree in an exercise science related field.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
• Have a high level of understanding and presence in social media.
• CPR/AED certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
