Role Description This is a full or part-time on-site hourly role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Richardson, TX. This is a contracted position with a duration of six (6) months, with the potential for contract renewal upon successful review at the conclusion of the initial term. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. Daily tasks include posting job ads, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidate pipelines. The recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining applicant tracking systems and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
