The Opportunity: We’re looking for driven, people-first sales professionals to join us as Inside Medicare Sales Agents . In this role, you’ll connect with prospective clients over the phone, guide them through their Medicare options, and help them choose the best plans to fit their unique needs. What You'll Be Doing: Connect with potential clients via inbound and outbound calls—no cold calling. Educate seniors on their Medicare plan options, benefits, and enrollment timelines. Build trust and guide clients toward informed, confident healthcare choices. Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Requirements: Valid health insurance license (or willingness to obtain). Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales metrics. Proficient with CRM systems and general computer applications. Detail-oriented and organized in maintaining client records. Benefits: Training Pay: $10/hour. We will cover your licensing and exam fees. You must pass the pre-licensing course in order to receive your training pay. This position will pay $160 per day PLUS commission. Commission is 20%. 40 Hours/week. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This job will offer a remote, hybrid and in-office experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Senior Benefits Agency
