Position Details: Member Service Representative (Call Center - Credit Union)

Schedule:

• Five days/week, 8 hours/day
• Two days off per week (one weekend day + one weekday)
• 100% Onsite Position, great attendance required to stay in good standing

Training:

• 3-month training period
• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (must be available for these hours)

Available Shifts Currently (choose one and stick with it):

• 11am–8pm ( available )
• 12pm–9pm ( available )

Pay:

• Starting at $18 to $20/hour , based on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Provide excellent service to members in a fast-paced call center
• Solve problems, answer questions, and process transactions
• Be a friendly, confident voice for the Michigan First brand
• Take loan applications and follow through on member needs

What They’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, personable individuals who love helping people
• Previous customer service or retail experience
• Call center or financial institution experience is a plus
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• High school diploma/GED required

This is a Permanent position based out of Troy, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $40560.00/yr.
