Job Description
We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Meta Ads expert (Facebook & Instagram) to manage and optimize ongoing client campaigns.
The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and creative, someone who can build full-funnel Meta ad campaigns that drive results and provide clear, actionable reporting for client-facing updates.
Responsibilities:
* Strategically plan, build, and manage Meta ad campaigns (traffic, conversion, lead gen, retargeting, etc.)
* Conduct audience research and segmentation
* Create and test ad variations while collaborating with our internal teams
* Monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize for results (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.)
* Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure ad assets are on-brand and high-performing
* Track conversions via Meta Pixel and Events Manager, and use GA4 or third-party analytics for deeper insights
* Provide clear, branded monthly reports and recommendations
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing Meta Ads for multiple clients or brands
* Strong understanding of the Meta Ads platform, including Business Manager and Events Manager
* Skilled in campaign structure, funnel strategy, and data interpretation
* Excellent written communication skills for reporting and internal updates
* Experience with e-commerce, lead gen, or service-based business campaigns
* Comfortable working under a white-label setup and signing an NDA
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads
* Creative direction or copywriting experience
* Familiarity with tools like Slack, Airtable, and Figma
Engagement Details:
* 5–15 hours per week, depending on client volume
* Long-term, with room to grow
* Must be responsive and able to turn around campaign edits/optimizations quickly
