Position Overview The Recruitment Coordinator will support the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain accurate records, and assist the recruitment team with hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and collaborative, with a talent for building strong relationships while maintaining clear boundaries with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Candidate Management & Communication Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Schedule and coordinate virtual, in‑person, and group interviews. Communicate interview details clearly to candidates and hiring managers. Recruitment Process Coordination Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on MML’s website, job boards, and social media channels. Collect and communicate interviewer feedback promptly and professionally. Recruitment Administration & Data Management Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare and send offer letters and pre‑employment documents, assisting with onboarding. Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, pipeline status, and sourcing effectiveness. Brand Ambassadorship & Candidate Experience Represent MML Hospitality’s brand and values in all interactions. Coordinate and attend recruitment events, career fairs, and on‑site hiring days. Support Recruiting Projects & Initiatives Assist with projects to improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience. Collaborate with other departments to meet staffing needs and support company growth. Requirements Experience: 2+ years in recruitment coordination, HR support, or related roles, ideally in hospitality or retail. Language: Spanish fluency required. Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; professional and friendly demeanor. Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency in G Suite and ATS platforms; experience with LinkedIn and job boards preferred. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage changing priorities gracefully.
