About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Talent and Culture in Corporate Functions and Initiatives. This executive will be a pivotal member of the HR leadership team, driving culture and organizational excellence within the global business unit. The role is focused on three primary areas: providing strategic HR leadership for corporate functions, executing HR strategy, and leading people and culture initiatives within the enterprise transformation office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent and organizational strategies that align with corporate goals, overseeing the evolution of HR business strategy, and ensuring the successful execution of key HR change programs. They will also lead a team of HR leaders, champion best practices in HR, and foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and engagement. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked in large, matrixed organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development, and be adept at leading HR for HR and HR shared services. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to execute, an executive presence, and a strong focus on relationship building and partnership. The candidate should be adept at change leadership, data-driven decision-making, and program management, and be able to demonstrate the ability to align HR initiatives with long-term business goals and drive human capital strategies.
