  Pay Package

• Weekly Gross: $2,807.00
• Stipends: $1,421.00/week
• Taxable W2: $1,386.00/week ($38.05/hr)
• Hours: 36 hours/week

• Facility: Medical City Plano
• Address: 3901 W 15th Street, Plano, TX 75075
• Unit: Labor & Delivery (707) – Level IV Maternity Center
• Beds: 21 L&D beds, 4 recovery rooms, 3 OR suites, 4-bed OBED
• EMR: Meditech & CPN
• On-Call: None
• Floating: May float to Mother/Baby or assist feeder-growers in NICU

Shift Information

• Shifts Available: Days (7a–7p) and Nights (7p–7a)
• Weekend Requirement: Must be available for 2 weekends per schedule
• Scheduling: Preference-based

Requirements Must Have (Required for Submission)

• Valid RN License
• 1+ year recent L&D experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
• Ability to circulate in C-sections
• Experience caring for high-risk antepartum patients

Preferred

• STABLE
• C-EFM
• Scrub training

Unit Overview Staffing

• Day Shift: 1 charge, 10–12 RNs, 1–2 OB Techs, 1 Unit Secretary
• Night Shift: 1 charge, 7–9 RNs, 1 OB Tech, 1 Unit Secretary/PCT
• Ratios: AWHONN Staffing Standards

Equipment

• GE fetal monitors
• Acumen
• JADA postpartum hemorrhage system

Typical Procedures

• Labor, delivery & recovery
• Circulating in OR
• High-risk antepartum care
• OB triage & assessment of patients at all gestational stages
