Position: Warehouse Picker Associate


Location: Auburn, WA


Pay: $18/hour


Experience: Previous warehouse and picking experience is preferred.


Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm (Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed)

Job Description:

1. Pick merchandise from assigned locations using paper pick tickets, RF scanners, or voice-directed systems.
2. Use a headset for interactive communication during voice-directed picking.
3. Pack orders neatly and correctly into appropriately sized boxes to prevent bending, crushing, or leaking during shipment.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work area by properly disposing of empty boxes and packaging materials.
5. Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse organized and hazard-free.

Position Requirements:

1. Must be 18 or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
2. Reliable transportation and attendance record required.
3. Comfortable standing, walking (up to 8 miles), bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing stairs.
4. Ability to work well with others in confined spaces.
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in both hot and cold environments.
6. Ability to handle an active 8-10-hour shift with repetitive tasks.
7. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
8. Proficient in reading, understanding, and communicating in English (verbal and written).
9. Works well with others and brings a positive, team-first attitude.
